What is Xpanity?

Xpanity is a browser plug-in that allows you to communicate with whoever else is browsing the same web page as you in real time. Add your content and Xpand each and every web page.

Which browsers are supported by Xpanity?

Xpanity's plug-in is currently supported on Internet Explorer only and is supported on both MAC and PC. If you are using Firefox as your browser � don't despair. We are already planning a version of Xpanity that will be supported on Firefox.

Do I have to pay for using the Xpanity Suite?

No, using the Xpanity Suite is free of charge.

What personal details do I have to provide when installing and registering for the Xpanity Suite?

There is no need to provide us with any personal details during the installation process. However, when registering, there are a few details you will have to fill out including:

• Username and Password - to gain access to the Xpanity Shared Board. In addition, when you register you can reserve a unique user name to chat with others.
• E-mail address � to verify your e-mail and mail you the password.
• Date of Birth � in order to comply with U.S. law regarding children under the age of 13.

Can I chat privately with another Xpanity user?

Yes, you can do this by clicking the checkbox next to the username in the chat window.

If I am in the middle of an interesting conversation, how can I continue seeing the conversation while I am browsing a different page?

The only way you can do this is by opening a different page/tab or a new browser window.

How do I contact support if I encounter a technical problem?

Please use the Contact Us Form for any technical problems you encounter. Ensure that the e-mail is addressed to Support.

How do I leave a Comment on the Xpanity Board?

In your side-bar click on the "Board" tab:

• Click on the Board link to view existing comments
• Type your Comment
• Fill in the word verification
• Click "Send"

You should see your comment on the Board immediately. (Demo)
